About Breathe for Moms: Breathe for Moms is a ministry that strives to equip and encourage every mom to enjoy life. Moms are challenged to be the mom God designed them to be by eliminating shame and encouraging moms to embrace the responsibility of motherhood. Moms are equipped with practical tools for everyday parenting and empowered by following the biblical model of family and parenting – both as a mom and wife. “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” – Proverbs 31:25

About the Kids Program: Second loves kids. One aspect unique to Breathe for Moms is the awesome program that has been prepared for your little ones. When they arrive, your kids will play and be nurtured by loving caregivers. While you attend class, your kids will learn an age-appropriate Bible lesson each week. They will be led in activities and sing songs designed to help them love God and know how much He loves them. “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.”– Proverbs 22:6

About Small Groups + Titus 2 Moms: Small groups at Breathe for Moms serve several purposes. They exist so that you can connect with a community of women in the same stage of life. They are also a place to share questions, thoughts, and feelings with a group of moms who empathize and will pray alongside you. Each small group is facilitated by a Titus 2 mom- a woman who has been where you are, parented her kids, and has the heart to support you as a mom and wife. They are not professionals or counselors, but Titus 2 women are moms who love moms. “Teach the older women…to teach what is good…to urge on the younger women.” – Titus 2:3-4
