All classes are free for SecondFit members. Our instructors are nationally certified and have a variety of specialties. We offer classes that include Muscle Sculpting, TRX, Flow, Pilates, Barre, X-It, and Cycling in our state of the art spin room (Bikes are “Look” or “SPD” compatible).
