Jesus & Women – South

Ladies, I hope you will make plans to join us in Room 100 at 10 AM beginning Tuesday, September 12, as we feast in the word! Our study this semester is entitled, Jesus & Women. It is written by Kristi McLelland, a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, and a college professor & speaker. She has led many biblical study trips to Israel.

In this seven-week feast we will set a biblical table around which we can come together and discover Jesus’ heart for women in His first-century world. At this table, we will take off our Western lenses and put on our Middle Eastern lenses. Our study will help us give deeper insight into the Middle Eastern culture and historical context of the time in which the Bible was written and will greatly add to our understanding of what the biblical authors meant by what they wrote and what the people in the Bible did.

This study is designed to not only help us understand Jesus more deeply but to fuel our worship of Him today.

Cost for Childcare is $25 for the semester and payable the first day of class.
