Celebration Choir
Celebration Choir rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8PM, (6:30-8:30 during seasonal events) in room B-212. Child care is provided. Celebration Orchestra
The Celebration Orchestra is a ministry made up from people of different backgrounds, ages, and ability levels. Orchestra is for anyone who has at least 2-3 years experience playing a band/orchestra instrument and can commit to regular rehearsals and Sunday worship services. The Celebration orchestra serves in four major areas of the music ministry. We accompany the Celebration Choir's weekly anthem, special pageants and productions, as well as play all of the praise and worship music for Sunday and Wednesday night worship services. We also play orchestra-featured instrumental preludes, with opportunities for special solos and ensembles. Rehearsals are Wednesday nights, 6:45 - 8:15PM in the rehearsal room, WC108. Saturday Night Praise Team and Band
The Saturday Night Praise Team and Band is an auditioned group organized to lead worship at the Saturday Night Contemporary Worship Service. The Praise Team consists of 8 singers, and rehearses Wednesday nights from 7:30 - 9:00PM in the Worship Center. The Praise Band consists of a brass, rhythm and percussion sections, and rehearses Saturday afternoons in the Worship Center. Additionally, the rhythm and percussion sections rehearse on Tuedays, 10:30AM-12:30PM. If you are interested in auditioning, please contact the music office at 713.465.3408.
