The Family Life Center

The Family Life Center (FLC) strives to encourage our church family to take care of their physical bodies through exercise and group sports. At the FLC, our members can honor God by honoring their bodies.  

FLC Membership

FLC Memberships are available to church members or Bible Study class members. To join, download the following forms, complete them, and bring them to the FLC control desk located on the 2nd floor of the E Building.

Two racquetball courts, group fitness and cycling classes, air-conditioned indoor walking track, top of the line Precor cardio equipment, Cybex weight machines, cutting edge Schwinn cycling bikes, locker rooms and lounge areas, whirlpools, dry saunas, and steam rooms, free towel service and free day lockers, two hours of free childcare, and more.

FLC Hours of Operation

Mon - Thurs: 5:30am to 9:30pm
Friday: 5:30am to 7:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Sunday: 12:30pm to 4:00pm 

Fitness Classes

Free for FLC members. What to wear: comfortable, quality fitness shoes (like running shoes or cross-trainers), except in Pilates- and Yoga- based classes. Bike shoes are also an excellent option to wear in the cycling classes. (Bikes are “Look” or “SPD” compatible.)
