Learning to Know, Love & Follow Jesus

Children learn God’s truth in ways that influence wise choices and actions. Creative resources are utilized by loving mentors and teachers who help children apply the Bible to their daily lives.

What we learned this past Sunday:
Main Point: When we live by God's Spirit, God changes us.
Key Verse: Galatians 5:22-23a
Bible Story: Paul Describes Living By God's Spirit (Romans 8:9-17)

God wants us to be His children! He wants to live inside of you! He wants us to choose to live life His way, not ours. Sadly, everyone of us has made the choice to do things our way instead of God's. We have all chosen to sin. Jesus came and died on the cross, so that He could take the punishment for all of the things we have done wrong. And He comes back to life 3 days later! Jesus really is amazing!! Now we can be forgiven for all of the times that we have chosen to live our way instead of God'. Admit that you have sinned. Tell Him that you believe that Jesus is God's Son, who died on the cross for you and then rose back to life 3 days later. Choose to put Jesus in charge. Choose to live by God's Spirit, not yours anymore. Only then can we become God's children!!
