Books
During this message, we will be tackling marriage and divorce and what God has to say about it. Dr. Young wrote a book titled The 10 Commandments of Marriage: the Dos and Don't of a Lifelong Covanent. In the pages, you will find ten principles found in Scripture that will help diagnose unhealthy aspects of your marriage as well as offer lasting biblical guidance to make your marriage a strong and fulfilling relationship.
Another great book is from our own Gary Thomas, who wrote Sacred Marriage. Thomas focuses on how you can use your marriage, struggles and all, as a gateway to growing closer to God and forming character in yourself and your mate.
Workshops
Through the Counseling @ Second ministry, we offer divorce care classes and programs. Visit the Woodway, West and North homepages on the website to find out about current Divorce Recovery classes going on. We also offer classes such as Blended, not Chopped for blended families several times a year at various campuses.
