The Family Life Center
The Family Life Center (FLC) strives to encourage our church family to take care of their physical bodies through exercise and group sports. At the FLC, our members can honor God by honoring their bodies.
FLC Membership
FLC Memberships are available to church members or Bible Study class members. To join, download the following forms, complete them, and bring them to the FLC control desk located on the 2nd floor of the E Building.

3 basketball courts for league play and pick-up games, 3 racquetball courts, aerobics and cycling classes, air-conditioned indoor walking track, Cybex weight machines, locker rooms and lounge areas, whirlpools, dry saunas, and steam rooms, free towel service and free day lockers, two hours of free childcare, and more.

Fitness Classes
Free for FLC members. What to wear: comfortable, quality fitness shoes (like running shoes or cross-trainers), except in Pilates- and Yoga- based classes. Bike shoes are also an excellent option to wear in the cycling classes. (Bikes are “Look” or “SPD” compatible.)
