June 2013 in the Nursery

In the Nursery, we believe every baby and toddler can experience God’s tender love with classes filled with prayer, fun toys and activities led by loving caregivers

Bible Study for June 2013
Main Point:  GOD MADE ME!
Key Verse: "...God made the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1b)

This month in the Nursery we will study God's creation and each week we will cover a day or two of the creation story.

June 2     Day 1- Light and Dark
June 9     Day 2 & 3  Sky, Land & Trees
June 16   Day 4- Sun, Moon & Stars
June 23   Day 5- Birds & Fish
June 30   Day 6- Animals & Man

The babies and toddlers will learn about the six days of creation. They will learn that God created everything in an order, finishing with the creation of man before resting. The Bible says "He was pleased with His creation". Through the story they will learn that because God made them they are special and unique, one of a kind and that He loves them.

Your child will learn:
• God made the night and the day.
• God made the Sun, moon and stars.
• God made all the animals and man.
• They are special because God made them!

God's GardenThis 20-minute worship time is filled with music, singing and plenty of movement designed with a 2-year-old in mind! It is a highlight of the morning!
